Pride in Gloucestershire is proud to showcase incredible local traders, makers, charities, and food vendors. Our 2026 marketplace is now open for applications – choose the category that best fits your stall, and join us in creating two vibrant, welcoming events for our community.

Trader's (Commercial, Non-Profit, & Community)
For shops, makers, charities, causes, pre-packaged food, and community groups.
This includes retail stalls, handmade goods, wellbeing services, promotional stands, and awareness spaces.
Catering (Food & Non-Alcoholic Drinks)
For freshly prepared hot food, cold food, desserts, coffee, soft drinks, and street food traders.
Everything from full catering setups to snack vendors and dessert stands.
Bars (Alcoholic Drinks)
For vendors serving beer, cider, wine, cocktails, or any alcoholic beverages.
Includes mobile bars, brewery stands, and speciality alcohol providers.

What events can I apply for in 2026?
You can apply to trade at:
- Pride in Cheltenham – Saturday 16 May 2026
- Pride in Gloucester – Saturday 12 September 2026
You may apply for either or both events through the same form.
We will be hosting Pride in the Forest of Dean this year, however applications for this will open at a later date.
Who can apply to trade at Pride?
We welcome:
- Independent makers and retailers
- Food vendors
- Charities and community organisations
- Wellbeing services
- LGBTQ+ businesses
- Commercial brands and promotions
- Arts, crafts, and creative stalls
- Activity-based stalls (workshops, games, demonstrations)
All applicants must support Pride’s values of inclusion, respect, and community.
What is included in my plot?
Your plot includes the marked ground space only. No equipment is provided as standard.
However, we will offer optional hire items such as tables, chairs, and marquees for a additional fee.
Approved stallholders will receive a separate booking form to request and pay for these items closer to the event.
How much does it cost to trade?
Fees depend on:
- Stall type
- Plot size
- Power requirements
Full pricing is displayed within the application form.
When do I need to pay?
An invoice will be issued once your application is approved.
Payment must be made by the deadline shown on the invoice.
Unpaid bookings are automatically released and offered to the next trader.
What are the arrival and setup times?
Detailed arrival times, vehicle movements, maps, and setup instructions are sent 2 weeks before the event.
When do applications close?
Applications close once all spaces are filled.
We advise applying early, as plots often sell out.
